
Graduate Sales Representative

Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) role in Sydney to help accelerate growth in the Oceania region. The SDR is responsible for qualifying and routing inbound leads across self-service and inside sales channels, with engagement via phone, email, live chat, and internal tools (Slack and Salesforce). Success is measured by demonstrations booked and completed, with a track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
Day-to-Day- Qualify and route inbound leads through two channels: self-service and inside sales.
- Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and live chat on our website; use internal tools like Slack and Salesforce.
- Achieve quota based on the number of product demonstrations booked and completed, with current team historically achieving >=95% of targets each month.
- Learn about the built world and terminology.
- Upskill call, email, and outreach skills using onboarding resources.
- Understand SaaS financial acronyms and terminology; refer to resources as needed (e.g., SaaS acronyms cheat sheet).
- Adapt to a fast-moving environment with rapid learning expectations.
- Ambitious individuals pursuing a career in SaaS.

Must Have: Confident and clear communication skills, with excellent writing and presentation abilities via email, phone, video conferencing, and in-person interactions. Strong task organization and prioritization skills, with ability to multi-task efficiently.
Nice To Have: Experience with modern tooling (CRMs, health scoring, live chat, knowledge bases); experience conducting customer meetings digitally (Zoom/Teams) and/or in person; patience when working with non-tech-savvy users.
