Lead by Example: Spend most of your time on the floor, coaching, motivating, and driving performance.

Smash Peak Trade: Guide your store through Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, and other key milestones, ensuring targets are not just met but exceeded.

Grow the Team: Recruit, train, and develop seasonal casuals into confident, capable team members.

Deliver Excellence: Put customers first, ensuring every interaction reflects PUMA\'s premium service standards.

Own the Operations: Manage inventory, compliance, and loss prevention to keep the store running smoothly.

Champion the Brand: Bring PUMA to life through visual merchandising and local marketing initiatives.

Strong Communication: Skills to motivate your team and deliver unforgettable customer experiences.

Tech Confidence: Proficiency in MS Office and key retail tools.
