About the role: Reporting to the State Manager of the sales team based in Brendale, you will focus on building strong customer relationships while delivering exceptional sales and customer service skills within a collaborative team environment.

  • Deliver the territory\'s share of the national sales plan, achieving short- and longer-term objectives.
  • Understand our values, customer service proposition, and ability to deliver added value to educate and inform customers and stakeholders.
  • Maintain KPIs and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Grow sales in a customer-focused business where experience and ideas are valued and encouraged.
  • Be supported by a team of like-minded professionals with a shared vision.
