The Opportunity

This 12-month contract role is ideal for someone with a passion for automation, systems integration, and process improvement. You'll work across departments to identify inefficiencies and implement smart solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system APIs. Your work will directly contribute to improving productivity and reducing manual workload.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and automate manual workflows using Power Automate and AI technologies
  • Integrate key business systems including Harmoniq (ERP), Salesforce (CRM), Humanforce (WFM), and machinery interfaces
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver tailored automation solutions
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to support adoption
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine automation processes for optimal performance

About You

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system integration
  • Familiarity with APIs and data flows between ERP, CRM, WFM, and industrial machinery systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
