About the Role

This 12-month contract position is ideal for someone with a strong background in automation, system integration, and process improvement. As an Automation Specialist, you'll work closely with various departments to identify inefficiencies and implement smart solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system APIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate and AI technologies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand operational needs and deliver tailored automation solutions
  • Integrate key business systems, including ERP, CRM, WFM, and machinery interfaces
  • Design and implement data flows between systems to enhance productivity and reduce manual workload
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and refine automation processes for optimal performance

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, AI tools, and system integration
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with APIs and data flows between ERP, CRM, WFM, and industrial machinery systems
