Project Support Professional

Job Description:

As a Project Support Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of projects within our Corporate Technology team. This includes providing administrative and operational support to project managers, ensuring that deliverables are met on time, and providing PMO services support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a diverse range of technology projects by providing administrative and operational support to project managers.
  • Provide efficient and timely project and administrative support, including record management processes, collating content for discussion papers, reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate tasks, information, and records management, financial management, and contract management.
  • Delivery support for project team members by providing PMO services support and expertise.
  • Ensure all project team members align to the agreed governance and lifecycle framework.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years proven experience in a project support environment or similar role.
  • Demonstrated project support skills and experience, particularly a thorough understanding of project management principles and techniques for technology projects.
  • Outstanding interpersonal communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
  • Industry qualification in Project Management Methodology (PRINCE2/PMBOK) desired.
