Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Project Support professional to join our team. As a key member of the Corporate Technology department, this role provides essential support to project management in ensuring projects align with the defined project governance model and lifecycle framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to project management by ensuring projects meet deliverables on time.
  • Offer efficient project and administrative support including record management processes, collating content for discussion papers, reports and correspondence, coordinating tasks, information and records management, financial management, and contract management.
  • Ensure all project team members adhere to the agreed governance and lifecycle framework, continually improving processes as required.
  • Conduct project close out activities to optimize handover to operational teams and assist the PM to fulfill post-project requirements in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external clients to achieve effective outcomes for the project.
  • Support the management of collaborative relationships through working effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare monthly reporting and coordinate governance forums.
  • Design and embed document management discipline in support of PMO governance frameworks.
  • Provide assurance across the program to ensure performance and products align to defined standards.
  • Ensure Health Checks are performed regularly to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in a project support environment or similar role.
  • Demonstrated project support skills and experience in technology projects.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
  • Industry qualification in Project Management Methodology desired.
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
