Job Description

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of an important infrastructure initiative.

The Project Coordinator will assume the role of Document Controller, managing and overseeing all project documentation. You will also assist in the preparation and coordination of project reports and meetings, as well as provide comprehensive business support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate maintenance and accessibility of project records.
  • Manage and oversee all project documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of project reports and meetings.
  • Provide comprehensive business support to the project team.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in records management practices and the use of computerized records management systems.
  • Strong written communication skills, including the preparation of reports and various forms of correspondence.
  • Experience in providing project administration support in various contexts.
  • Familiarity with TRIM/Content Manager systems.
