Are you ready to ignite your career in leadership? As a Manager in Training at dusk you'll work closely with an experienced store leadership team to gain the practical skills and insights needed to prepare for your own leadership role within our dynamic retail network.

This role is perfect for a passionate and experienced retail leader looking to accelerate their management career. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and learning from the management team, enhancing your skills in customer experience, store operations, and people leadership.

As a hands-on leader, you'll have the flexibility to work across neighbouring stores as needed and actively engage with the team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture that drives both individual and collective success.

You'll receive tailored coaching and training to help you develop a well-rounded perspective on all dusk operations and leadership and prepare you for your next career milestone within the network: becoming a Store Manager and leading your own team to success.
