Keldan Commercial is a Muswellbrook based mining support services company. With over 200 employees, we service clients in the Hunter Valley and surrounds.
Keldan are seeking an Onboarding, Induction and Training Administrator to take control of the personnel compliance division of the business
About the role
The team at Keldan have a commitment to providing outstanding customer service in a friendly, supportive environment. This role will be responsible for the onboarding process and ensuring all employees have the correct inductions and training to attend various sites
- Managing and maintaining employee induction and training records and ensuring compliance of training certificates
- Onboard personnel and making sure training and inductions are booked so as to minimise down time
- Managing phone and email enquiries from internal and external clients
About you
- Strong ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks
- Strong analysis and problem solving ability with attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Highly motivated and proactive
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office suite skills i.e Word, Excel, Outlook Adobe etc.
- Experience in a similar role in the mining industry
- Experience with induction portals e.g. Pegasus, GWOS and Damstra
