Strategic Property Operations Director

The Senior Manager Commercial Operations + Property is a pivotal member of our leadership team.
- Drive excellence, inspire creativity, and ensure divisional success in delivering returns to reinvest in other services across the Local Government Area.
- Lead diverse multidisciplinary teams with skills ranging from hands-on roles at Tourist Parks and Cemeteries to office-based roles in customer service, property management, and statutory property roles.
- Manage memorial, burial, and funeral services at six sites.
- Oversee Beachside accommodation at three tourist parks.
- Handle commercial leasing and licensing.
- Coordinate statutory property management.
- Develop property development projects.
- A relevant degree and senior experience in commercial operations and property management.
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities.
- Experience leading transformational programs and cultural change.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A commitment to safety, governance, and values-based leadership.
