About the job

As a key brand ambassador for Keystar, you'll support the Service Manager in driving productivity, efficiency, and profitability by delivering quality workmanship and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction across all service operations. Your role is vital in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Book customer vehicles for servicing, ensuring accurate scheduling and clear communication of appointment details.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed quotes and repair estimates, addressing customer questions and gaining approval where required.
  • Clearly explain service requirements, associated costs, and expected timelines to customers.
  • Work closely with the Workshop Controller to monitor job progress and ensure completion within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers during the service process, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Coordinate a smooth and professional vehicle handover upon service completion, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any final concerns.
About you
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment.
  • Full driver's licence with a sound driving record and strong computer literacy.
  • Quick thinker with the ability to adapt and problem-solve effectively on the spot.
