Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact (face-to-face and over the phone) between TCWA and customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles.
  • Be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop while providing exceptional customer service.
The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar capacity with proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. You will also possess the following:

  • Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • The ability to thrive in a fast paced environment with competing priorities
  • Take ownership of your role and follow through until completion
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs
