**Your Opportunity**:
As the Corporate Services Officer within our customer focused regional support team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our infrastructure advisors, schools and regional staff members.
About the Role
You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

- Providing financial and operational support on a range of infrastructure, asset management services.
- Assisting Regional Infrastructure Advisors by providing financial support and advice in relation to projects.
- Coordinating, preparing and processing approved invoices in SAP
- Administering, creating and maintaining Purchase Orders and relevant documentation
- Providing reports and monitoring project budgets
- Maintaining and enhancing administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of services.

About You
Ideally you will possess sound financial and administrative skills, strive for excellence in customer service, be responsible for your contributions to the team, possess high attention to detail and good written and verbal communication skills.
The position will be based in the North Lakes Office.
