About the Role

We're looking for a professional, organised, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our high-performing team at Osborne Park Volkswagen. This is a key front-of-house role supporting our service department and creating a seamless experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Greeting guests and managing bookings and enquiries
  • Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
  • Providing updates, advice, and accurate quotes
  • Ensuring each guest is kept informed throughout their vehicle's service
  • Supporting the team to achieve customer satisfaction and department goals
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer service role (automotive preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management ability
  • A team player with a proactive, guest-first attitude
  • Current WA driver9s licence
