About the Role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Service Advisor to join TCWA on a full-time basis at our busy Workshops in Spearwood.

You will be responsible for acting as the primary contact (both face-to-face and over the phone) between TCWA and our customers for all repair and maintenance work on their vehicles. You will need to be confident and responsible for scheduling work from the service counter to the workshop whilst providing exceptional customer service.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this position, you will have worked in a similar capacitywith proven experience in providing exceptional customer service. In addition to your experience, you will possess the following:

  • Mechanical aptitude to understand customer needs and service requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work autonomously or in a team
  • Excellent time management, organisational and follow-up skills
  • Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Take ownership of your role and follow through until completion
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to software programs
