We're building a dedicated Virtual Sales Team, and as the Virtual Sales Lead, you'll be instrumental in shaping its success. You'll lead, coach, and inspire a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, empowering them to deliver exceptional experiences to healthcare professionals while ensuring alignment with our high-performance culture. The Role & Responsibilities

As a Virtual Sales Lead, you'll combine leadership, coaching, and hands-on sales capability to deliver team results and foster a culture of growth.

This position is based in our Sydney office. Hybrid Working Arrangement - 2/3 day split.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of Virtual Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Drive a high standard of virtual customer engagement, supporting your team with effective coaching and feedback
  • Conduct team performance reviews, provide ongoing training, and build individual development plans
  • Monitor key metrics, analyze insights, and adapt strategies to optimize team performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of brand strategy and consistent messaging
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and lead by example in delivering best-in-class virtual detailing
  • Keep abreast of industry developments, market trends, and emerging digital engagement techniques

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales, with prior leadership or team coaching experience highly regarded
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results and leading by example in a virtual or hybrid environment
  • Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with a passion for mentoring and team development
  • Exceptional communication skills with a confident, engaging presence across phone and video platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and virtual engagement platforms (e.g. Zoom, Teams, Veeva)
  • Highly self-motivated, organised, and adaptable to a fast-paced digital environment
  • A genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient outcomes through innovative solutions
