Design Sales Consultant – Custom Joinery | $90k–$120k OTE

Sydney, NSW | Full-time

HARDIS specialises in kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, and complete joinery solutions. We are seeking a motivated Design Sales Consultant with sales and design experience to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
  • Meet clients, understand needs, and present custom design solutions
  • Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
  • Read and interpret plans; produce/modify drawings (CAD preferred)
  • Work with production & installation teams to deliver projects
  • Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
  • 3–5 years' sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or interior design
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans
  • CAD or design software skills (preferred)
What We Offer
  • Commission (uncapped)
  • OTE: $90k – $120k+
