HARDIS specialises in kitchens, wardrobes, bathrooms, and complete joinery solutions. We are seeking a motivated Design Sales Consultant with sales and design experience to join our growing team.
What You'll Do- Meet clients, understand needs, and present custom design solutions
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
- Read and interpret plans; produce/modify drawings (CAD preferred)
- Work with production & installation teams to deliver projects
- Achieve sales targets and build long-term client relationships
- 3–5 years' sales experience in kitchens, cabinetry, or interior design
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans
- CAD or design software skills (preferred)
- Commission (uncapped)
- OTE: $90k – $120k+
- Career growth in a supportive, design-focused team
