About the Role

As a Tradesman Joiner / Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality joinery and cabinetry pieces from detailed drawings through to installation. You will work on a wide range of projects, ensuring accuracy, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that reflect our company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting drawings and plans
  • Manufacturing joinery and cabinetry to a high standard
  • Operating panel saws, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Working with a variety of materials, including timber, veneers, laminates, and hardware
  • Assembling, finishing, and installing cabinetry and joinery on-site when required
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
  • Collaborating with other team members to deliver projects on time and to specification

Skills & Experience

  • Trade qualification in Cabinet Making / Joinery (Certificate III or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work from detailed shop drawings with precision
  • Experience with modern joinery machinery and tools
  • Commitment to quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Current Truck MR Licence (advantage but not essential)
  • Forklift licence (advantage not essential)
