About the Opportunity

Starting in February 2026, as a Digital Data and Insights Graduate, you will rotate through key areas of the business, gaining practical experience. Your role will involve supporting digital and marketing initiatives by transforming data into insights, shaping personalization strategies, and defining data tracking specifications. You may engage in projects related to:

  • Reporting & Insights
  • Tagging & Implementation
  • Optimization & Personalization

You will manage impactful projects, expand your skills, and advance your career with structured learning, rotations, mentorship, and on-the-job activities.

What you'll need to be successful

We value diverse backgrounds. To be considered, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT, Data Science, Commerce, or a related field (completed by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years)
  • Basic understanding of programming languages and data
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Previous relevant work experience is advantageous
  • Ability to travel occasionally to multiple locations
