At the heart of our organization lies a unique opportunity for an individual to take on a Manager, Analytics role within our Engagement & Retention Analytics team in APAC.

The primary focus of this position is to delve into user data, uncover valuable insights, and collaborate with various departments to develop strategies that enhance user experiences and foster long-term engagement with our platform.

This role is based in Melbourne and responsible for all APAC markets. It entails a range of key responsibilities including mentorship, collaboration, and team development, as well as engagement and retention analytics, strategy optimization, and operational excellence & data governance.

Ideal Candidate

  • Should possess 7-10 years relevant experience in an analytical role within a digital business, preferably in the media industry.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Marketing, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Social Science; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Have familiarity with lifecycle & retention analytics, including user segmentation, churn modeling, and engagement strategies, which would be a strong plus.
  • Be proficient in SQL with demonstrated hands-on experience.
  • Possess expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) with a strong track record of translating data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Have a deep understanding of the media and content industry, including trends and audience behaviors, which would be preferred.
