Analytics Leader Role

We are seeking an exceptional Analytics Leader to join our team and drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

  • Create and execute analytics strategies that align with business objectives and drive meaningful results.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
About the Role:
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques, including cohort analysis and A/B testing, to uncover key insights and inform lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify high-impact segments to inform optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets.
  • Present actionable insights to stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in an analytical role within a digital business, ideally media related.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as Marketing, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or Social Science; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with subscription services and the competitive landscape is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with a strong track record of translating data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
  • Experience working with large datasets and developing advanced analytics models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
