Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Loss Adjustor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for the timely completion of accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles.

About This Role

This is a full-time position that requires strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in computer systems. You will work closely with our team to ensure that vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Acknowledge and manage claims, assess damages, and provide accurate quotes
  • Process vehicles onsite by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
