  • Commercial Decision Making: Make agile, customer-centric decisions regarding fees, client discounts, and engagement contracts.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee ongoing projects including onboarding standardisation and tech integrations; drive improvements in efficiency and client experience.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Track and support deal flow management across 50–65 property transactions monthly, representing property values in excess of $100M each month.
  • Growth & Expansion: Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and business expansion, identifying new operational efficiencies and scaling opportunities across teams and systems.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee contractor commissions and supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely approval for payment. Collaborate with the Accounts team on reconciliations and initiate corresponding transactions in the business account. Oversee monthly payroll processing for full-time employees in conjunction with Accounts.
  • Culture & Retention: Working in partnership with HR, foster a collaborative, supportive work environment with a strong track record of low team turnover and high engagement.
