Administrative Assistant — Location: Greystanes, NSW — Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination of customer enquiries, transport bookings, and administrative support across key operational areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
  • Ad Hoc administrative support
  • Purchase order management
  • Processing and reporting for sea, air and local deliveries
  • Coordinate all transportation requirements for customer deliveries and returns.
  • Handle credit and core exchange documentation.
  • Support the Quality team with relabel paperwork.
  • Assist the Credits and Core Returns team with inbound/outbound returns.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as needed.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other administrative tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (preferred but not essential).
