Overview

BumperTech has an assistant managerial position available at our Molendinar location. We offer onsite and in-house SMART repairs, including plastic repairs, minor panel damage, replacement panels & lights. We are the largest mobile onsite repairs in SEQ and specialise in mobile and in-house same-day repairs, with options for repairs to be completed at the customer\'s home or work address or at our workshop.

Responsibilities
  • Management of 3-4 technicians - team management.
  • Quoting repairs to vehicles.
  • Answering phone.
  • Ordering stock.
  • Vehicle checks - organising services for company vehicles.
  • Quality control - overseeing repairs to customer vehicles.
Qualifications & ExperienceWhat You Need
  • Valid drivers license.
  • Experience in the automotive industry.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organisational skills and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage a team.
  • Basic proficiency with mobile systems for job management.
