Civil Construction Estimator – Project Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Estimator to lead the tender process for projects up to $2 million. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing construction plans, preparing detailed pricing schedules, and managing minor earthworks and FRP scopes within estimates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full tender lifecycle
  • Experience in minor earthworks and FRP methodologies
  • Proficiency in MS Projects and estimating tools/software
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, and communication skills
