We are seeking a seasoned operational leader to join our team as Assistant Park Manager at Tannum Sands Discovery Holiday Parks.

Job Summary

As an Assistant Park Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the park, supporting the Park Manager in ensuring the highest standards of service delivery and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily park operations and respond to after-hours callouts to ensure seamless guest experiences and prompt issue resolution.
  • Support guest check-ins, reservations, and account handling to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives, drive revenue growth, and maintain high standards across all areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Leadership experience in holiday parks, hospitality, accommodation, or tourism.
  • Strong operational management skills, with a proven ability to coordinate teams and drive results.
  • Familiarity with budget oversight and reporting, including financial analysis and planning.
  • Experience with RMS or similar reservations systems (ideal).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Flexibility for weekend and after-hours shifts.
  • A valid driver's licence.
