The Team

Our Infrastructure & Property team operates at the heart of this purpose, advising our public purpose clients on the projects that shape Australia's future. We deliver end-to-end expertise to support Australia's growth today, and tomorrow. Our diversity of industry experience, insight and deep capability drives confidence in infrastructure and property outcomes.

We support our clients across the full lifecycle – from the upfront strategy and planning phases, through to procurement and delivery and into asset management.

The Role

In this role, you will bring a desire and passion for infrastructure creating value by:

• Working as part of a national team advising public sector clients on high profile infrastructure and property projects.
• Building trusted relationships with our clients and influencing and delivering bespoke solutions to support infrastructure programs and capital investment decisions.
• Driving leadership and collaboration with various stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams, including clients, subcontractors and delivery partners, to ensure alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Leading the development of detailed strategic assessments, cost benefit analyses, financial analyses and broader project analysis to identify, understand and articulate the case for change, and the objectives, targets and benefits of a proposed investment.
• Leading the provision of commercial and financial advice for our clients through complex procurement and transaction processes to secure value from the market and optimise outcomes.
• Leading and motivating team members, to engage and develop the capability of those within your projects to drive project outcomes and deliver value for our clients.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously to meet the business objectives, timeframes and budgets.
• Building and cultivating sustainable and repeatable business outcomes for Scyne and its clients.
• Being a people leader; helping guide career development and success at the firm.
