**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee routine inspections scheduling
- Ensure team compliance with implemented processes and policies, providing guidance and support to address any queries or concerns
- Support the Property Management team, promoting a positive culture and facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the daily running of the Property Management department, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks.
- Facilitate and roster team members' leave, including appropriate coverage and providing necessary updates to management.
- Conduct weekly team meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Provide regular reporting to the Directors regarding the Property Management team's performance.
- Facilitate and oversee the roster for Property Management team members, ensuring coverage for all leave types.
- Maintain regular communication with the off-shore team, ensuring optimal performance, inclusivity, and adherence to delegated tasks.
- Conduct new team member inductions
- Oversee the daily running of the department, ensuring efficient workflows and timely completion of tasks within all portfolios.
