This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established residential construction company based in Melbourne. They have enjoyed continued growth for many years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Area Manager to join their team on a full-time basis to successfully manage their Geelong Team.

The responsibilities of this role are:

  • Create, develop and foster new business
  • Manage both the Sales and Construction Teams
  • Review business trends and adjust as required
  • Ensure OHS and Legal guidelines are met
  • Ensure brand presence within the local community

Experience/Skills required:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience within a residential construction company
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Business, Bachelor of Finance)
  • Considerable exposure to budget and cost handling
