Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Geelong, VIC for a Revenue and Reservations Manager. The Revenue and Reservations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies, optimizing room inventory, and managing daily operations of the reservations department. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, setting pricing strategies, and ensuring smooth coordination between the sales, front desk, and booking departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Manage daily operations of the reservations department.
- Analyze market trends and forecast demand.
- Coordinate between sales, front desk, and booking teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Revenue management and pricing strategy development experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to forecast market trends
- Reservations management and optimizing room inventory skills
- Experience with coordinating between sales, front desk, and booking teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work on-site in Geelong, VIC
- Relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
