Overview

Lead Quality and Safety Excellence Across Our Organisation

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Quality & Safety to join our Senior Leadership Team and drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality, safety, and compliance frameworks. This pivotal role will ensure our services meet the highest standards, supporting staff and clients while embedding a culture of always being accreditation ready, continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Shape and embed a culture of safety, quality, and compliance across the organisation.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing quality and safety function, driving operational excellence and best-practice frameworks.
  • Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to align quality, safety, and operational strategy with organisational objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation to enhance service outcomes, staff safety, and client experience.
