Westcon-Comstor is seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Cloud Solutions team. This role is critical to the success of our Cloud business unit, with a focus on growing revenue and market share through partner acquisition and development.

As part of a global leader in IT distribution, you'll have the opportunity to work with leading vendors, build strong partner relationships, and help businesses unlock the value of cloud technology.

What you'll do:

  • Drive sales revenue, gross profit, and market-share targets in line with company objectives
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and proactive support
  • Develop and manage opportunities with both new and existing partners
  • Confidently handle outbound cold calling, opportunity development and forecasting
  • Support vendor marketing initiatives by delivering programs to customers
  • Analyse and monitor customer performance to identify new opportunities and pre-empt issues
  • Stay up to date on vendor product strategies and market updates to effectively support partners

What we're looking for:

  • 2–3 years' experience in IT sales, ideally across Cloud, Networking, Security, or related technologies
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proven ability to cold call, set up meetings and close opportunities
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Solid understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and strong sales administration skills
