Your Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of our Client's Quality Management Framework across projects
  • Develop and deliver Quality Strategies, Plans, and resource forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Oversee and mentor project quality teams, ensuring deliverables align with schedule, budget, and standards
  • Set and monitor quality expectations for contracts, tenders, and suppliers
  • Facilitate training, audits, inspections, and risk-based assessments to drive compliance and continuous improvement
  • Promote a positive quality culture and provide regular performance updates to leadership
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant quality management experience in major projects
  • Electrical trade background essential
  • 5+ years' experience as a Quality Lead or Senior Quality Advisor in mining, energy, or infrastructure
  • Strong background in risk-based quality assessment, audits, and contractor / supplier engagement
  • Familiarity with OEM providers and EPC / EPCM environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for renewable energy
