12-month initial contract with strong potential for extension across a major project pipeline
Your Responsibilities
Lead implementation of our Client's Quality Management Framework across projects
Develop and deliver Quality Strategies, Plans, and resource forecasts in collaboration with stakeholders
Oversee and mentor project quality teams, ensuring deliverables align with schedule, budget, and standards
Set and monitor quality expectations for contracts, tenders, and suppliers
Facilitate training, audits, inspections, and risk-based assessments to drive compliance and continuous improvement
Promote a positive quality culture and provide regular performance updates to leadership
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or significant quality management experience in major projects
Electrical trade background essential
5+ years' experience as a Quality Lead or Senior Quality Advisor in mining, energy, or infrastructure
Strong background in risk-based quality assessment, audits, and contractor / supplier engagement
Familiarity with OEM providers and EPC / EPCM environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for renewable energy
