Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a systematic approach to corporate governance, risk management, and policy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage Quality Documentation: Oversee the development and maintenance of quality documentation across all projects.
  • Lead Quality Reviews: Conduct regular quality reviews with external auditors to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Internal Quality Audit: Manage and maintain the internal quality audit process to identify areas for improvement.
  • Business Improvement Initiatives: Facilitate internal reviews to develop business improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency.
About You
  • You have experience with quality management practices, including TQM, Kaizen, Lean, and Six Sigma.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have demonstrated experience in managing teams and supporting delivery and compliance within a corporate role.
  • You have the ability to interpret specifications, technical drawings, and schematic diagrams.
  • You have relevant industry experience and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • You have experience in root cause failure analysis.
