  • Support and influence staff and stakeholders to embed best practice across service delivery.

About You:

  • Advanced skill in the application of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, MS Office, and the ability to efficiently learn new database systems.

Desirable:

  • Experience working in remote or telehealth service environments.

  • Knowledge of psychosocial disability and trauma-informed practice.

  • Familiarity with NDIS Commission reporting and compliance processes.

  • Experience in managing panel processes.
