Overview

Join to apply for the Customer Service Agent role at Boral in Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.

We're looking for a Customer Solutions Agent to support our customers with orders and general enquiries. You'll work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm), with the opportunity for Saturday overtime on rotation. This is a permanent full-time position based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Kooragang.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
  • Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
  • Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
