**Your Next Opportunity**

Are you reliable, driven, and customer-focused? We want YOU to join our **Customer Service team** based in our **Concrete Contact Centre at Kooragang** on a **Permanent Full-Time** basis

We’re looking for a **Customer Solutions Agent** to support our customers with orders and general enquiries. You’ll work **Monday to Friday (9am-5pm)**, with the opportunity for **Saturday overtime on rotation**.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
- Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
- Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
- Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams

**What we’re looking for**
- **Reliable team players** who enjoy working in-office, 5 days a week
- **Customer-focused problem solvers** with strong communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Computer literacy and eagerness to learn
