Newcastle Car & Truck Rental is looking for a motivated Casual Vehicle Service Agent/Detailer to join our team at Argenton.

In this role, you'll make sure every rental vehicle meets our high presentation standards, deliver excellent customer service, and play a key part in our daily operations.


What You'll Do
  • Greet customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
  • Clean and detail vehicles to ensure they're ready for the next hire.
  • Inspect and record vehicle condition and any damage.
  • Transport vehicles between sites when needed.
  • Keep the workspace clean, safe, and well-organised.
  • Assist with general site duties as part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Previous rental industry or detailing experience (highly regarded but not essential).
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive, reliable attitude.
  • Great attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Organised, able to multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver's Licence.
  • Full working rights in Australia.

(All successful applicants must complete a National Criminal History Check and pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.)
