Overview

Boral – Concrete Contact Centre, Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia.

Position: Customer Solutions Agent (Permanent Full-Time) based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Kooragang. You'll work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm) with Saturday overtime on rotation.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
  • Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
  • Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
  • Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
