Project Manager, Retail/Hospitality/Commercial Fit-out

ASSOCIATED PROJECTS PTY LTD

Associated Projects has a history spanning 60 years delivering fit-outs across Australia. We are looking for a driven and customer focused Project Manager to deliver projects nationally. The successful applicant will be a high performer with a positive attitude.

.Key Duties:

  • Deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Build strong client relationships
  • Proactively deal with project challenges
  • Ensure a safe site
  • Manage an accurate cost plan within our PM software
  • Manage a claim schedule and project cashflow
  • Manage contractual obligations including VO's/NODs/EOTs/Claims
  • Communicate effectively to all stakeholders
  • Report weekly job progress to management
  • Attend sites Nationally as required to ensure successful delivery

The successful applicant:

  • A positive attitude
  • Enjoys being part of a winning team
  • Ability deal with pressure and turn it into results
  • Open to travel as required
  • High level of construction knowledge across all trades. A person who can foresee issues before they become issues.
  • 2+ years Project Management/ Project Co-Ordination Experience
  • Experience delivering both retail and hospitality projects
  • Good computer literacy
  • Strong leadership and Management skills
