As we continue to grow, we're searching for a Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team in either our Mt. Laurel, NJ or Charlotte, NC office. This is a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects that contribute directly to the nation's energy future—all within a flexible hybrid work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop structural calculations, foundation, and steel designs from concept through construction.
• Support multi-disciplinary engineering teams on projects ranging from nuclear facilities and combined cycle power plants to site retrofits and upgrades.
• Interpret and apply industry codes and standards (ASCE, AISC, IBC, etc.) to ensure safe, high-quality designs.
• Prepare and review engineering reports, technical studies, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Participate in peer reviews, resolve design issues, and contribute to project planning, budgeting, and scheduling.

What You Bring to the Team

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in structural engineering, with an emphasis on power generation or heavy industrial projects.
• PE license (any U.S. state); ability to obtain additional state licensure preferred.
• Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ANSYS, Mathcad, and other structural analysis/design software.
• Experience with seismic design for nuclear facilities is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with AutoDesk Advance Steel is considered an asset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required due to the nature of project work.
