Base pay range

A$42.56/hr - A$43.56/hr

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our clients Operations & Maintenance Team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This is a fulltime position through to March 2026, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, likes flexibility, and is confident managing reporting, stakeholder comms, and office processes.

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our clients Operations & Maintenance Team in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

This is a fulltime position through to March 2026, perfect for someone who thrives on structure, likes flexibility, and is confident managing reporting, stakeholder comms, and office processes.

What you'll be doing
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reporting in line with business schedules
  • Support stock control and fuel tracking processes
  • Coordinate monthly stakeholder meetings, including minutes and reports
  • Monitor compliance including licences, access, and mandatory training
  • Manage office maintenance and liaise with suppliers and contractors
  • Support finance tasks including invoicing, reconciliation, and system improvements
  • Ensure adherence to all Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) policies
  • Actively contribute to HSSE meetings and initiatives

What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years' admin experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general Office Suite
  • Confidence working 100% onsite (hybrid only by manager approval)
  • Valid driver's licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-manage
  • Able to start immediately
  • Comfortable with one face-to-face interview only
