About the role
We are seeking an experienced Principal Operational Technology Manager to lead the transformation of OT environments across critical infrastructure and services. This role is pivotal in modernising legacy systems, embedding cybersecurity-by-design, and integrating OT with smart infrastructure, AI/ML, cloud, and data platforms.
You will shape enterprise priorities, influence executive decision-making, and deliver measurable value to customers, communities, and stakeholders. With proven expertise in SCADA, DCS, IIoT, and large-scale, safety-critical operations, you will drive innovation, resilience, and performance across OT domains.
Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic transformation of OT into a digitally integrated ecosystem.
  • Champion security-first, resilient architectures aligned with regulatory frameworks.
  • Build cross-functional alignment across IT, engineering, operations, and asset management.
  • Mentor and motivate high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
  • Experience in leading OT transformation in large enterprises.
  • Strong executive engagement and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven experience integrating OT with IT, cloud, and cybersecurity strategies.
