Job Title: HRIS Technology Manager
Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled technology leader to manage our HR system initiatives. This role will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, optimization, and administration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM while ensuring alignment with business needs and HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities- End-to-end administration, configuration, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors HCM modules.
- Partnering with HR, IT, and business leaders to ensure system alignment with organizational objectives.
- Leading system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects with other HR and enterprise platforms.
- Developing and maintaining HR analytics and reporting capabilities, leveraging SuccessFactors' tools.
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HR teams and employees.
- Ensuring compliance with data security, governance, and regulatory requirements related to HRIS.
- Managing third-party vendors and consultants to maximize system performance and innovation.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5-8+ years of experience managing HR systems, with extensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Experience leading HRIS projects, system implementations, and upgrades.
- Advanced proficiency in data reporting, dashboards, and analytics within SuccessFactors.
- Ability to collaborate across functions, translating HR needs into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance, security, and data privacy best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
