We currently support over 450 active clients and lead a growing team of 23+ coaches, sales staff, and support roles. We're on track to scale from a $3M run rate to $10M+ annuallyand we're hiring a Head of Operations to help lead the build of the systems, team execution, and clarity to get us there.

About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role in a fast-paced, remote-first coaching business. You'll bring clarity and structure to operations, build systems that scale, and take pressure off the founder by managing backend execution across sales, coaching, and delivery.

You'll work closely with the CEO and leadership team to ensure the business runs smoothly and grows strategically.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and optimise daily business operations across coaching, sales, and client delivery

Build and manage internal systems

Create and maintain SOPs for team workflows, delivery, and performance

Run weekly team meetings and ensure KPI tracking across departments

Lead and manage internal projects from planning to execution

Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or confusion and fix them

Partner with the CEO to bring strategic initiatives to life

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have:

1–2+ years experience managing systems or operations in an online business

Preferably have experience in the coaching or fitness industry

Strong communication and leadership skills

A love for structure, problem-solving, and clear processes

Experience with remote ops tools

High personal accountability and confidence in decision-making

Ability to work full-time in AUS hours (remote OK)
