About the Role

The Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP) is a global program that provides structured training and on-the-job experience to develop sales champions. As an Associate Sales Representative (ASR), you will:

  1. Receive comprehensive training in sales, technical, and communication skills
  2. Gain exposure to diverse areas of sales through rotations
  3. Learn to position Cisco's architectures, solutions, products, and technologies to customers
  4. Build long-term relationships with customers and Cisco partners
  5. Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to provide technical solutions that drive business outcomes
  6. Achieve industry-standard certifications and receive ongoing mentorship
Qualifications
  • Recent graduate of a business/management degree or certified from a Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College, or Vocational School
  • Up to 3 years of professional experience (internship, work-study, or apprenticeship applicable)
  • First experience in a selling or consulting IT role
  • 1-3 years B2B selling experience in a similar or adjacent industry
  • Fluent in English
  • Technology enthusiast who enjoys innovating
  • Eagerness to establish a long-term Sales career with Cisco
  • Open and curious mindset, ready to take on challenges and growth opportunities
  • Ability to simplify complex problems and solve them creatively
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with a wide range of people
  • Belief in the value of team collaboration
