The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of BESA's brand and market presence. This is more than a sales role — it's an opportunity to lead growth, strengthen partnerships, and elevate our profile as a leading custom home builder in South-East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead BESA's sales and marketing strategy to position the business as a premium brand in the market

Drive brand awareness through campaigns, events, digital platforms, and partnerships

Represent BESA as point of contact for prospective clients, architects, and referral partners

Mentor and support the team in client engagement, communications, and brand alignment

Analyse market opportunities and provide strategic insights for future business development

Work closely with senior leadership to ensure sales and marketing align with long-term business objectives

About You
You are a confident, strategic leader who thrives on building relationships and creating impact.

Strong background in sales and marketing leadership (construction, property, or professional services experience highly regarded)

Proven ability to build brand presence and manage client engagement strategies

Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a polished, client-first approach

Experience in digital marketing and campaign management

Strategic thinker who can balance growth targets with long-term brand building

Collaborative leader with the ability to influence and inspire others
